Responsibilities
- Be proximate to the business – both managers and employees, in order to understand their issues and prepare HR actions to address them.
- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Advice, support and influence on all HR related issues, policies and processes.
- Working together with management and personnel improve work relationships and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Involved in salary survey processes (technology mapping, identifying and analysing salaries surveys from the market, analyse compensation and benefits data, preparing recommendations for leadership) and pay review.
- Manage employee`s lifecycle (onboarding – exit interviews).
- Taking care of the monthly reporting for management on projects status or on specific HR KPIs’ (headcount, budget, attrition, exit interviews).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Ensuring employee wellbeing.
- Ensure internal pay equity and support compliance with applicable pay transparency and employment regulations.
- Participate to ad hoc projects and coordinates transversal processes & policies.
- Be up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management, to help leaders ensure compliance.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner – minimum 3 years;
- Comp & Ben proven expertise, managing complex projects;
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, job evaluation;
- Excellent people management skills;
- Analytical and goal oriented;
- Ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data;
- Familiarity with data collection methods, both quantitative and qualitative;
- Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results;
- Knowledge of labour legislation;
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
- Translates strategies into plans that can be effectively executed;
- Ability to be proactive and demonstrate “ownership” regardless of the outcome;
- Empathy, you are a good listener and know how to adapt your approach to different audiences;
- Strong business and people acumen - ability to influence at all levels;
- Understands and appropriately applies HR solutions, guidelines, policies;
- Excellent planning and organizing skills;
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in English.
