Working from our Melbourne Office in the World Trade Centre on Wurundjeri land or Rydalmere, on Darug land, your role purpose will be -
Lead Thales Australia Transformation by identifying, delivering, and scaling strategic initiatives through a portfolio approach that strengthens across Business Domain collaboration and directly supports the enterprise competitiveness plan.
Reshape support functions and roles across Business Lines by reviewing operating models and sizing to improve profitability, driving optimisation through digitalisation and more effective ways of working.
Enable transformation governance by partnering with key stakeholders to establish clear, effective governance—ensuring decisions, accountability, and outcomes are aligned to strategic priorities.
Deliver change at scale across a complex multi-customer stakeholder community, navigating diverse cultural contexts by building trust, reducing resistance to change, and engaging cross-functional, diverse teams to achieve measurable adoption and impact.
On day one, you will bring:
Must have a track record of delivering complex Transformation programs in either industrial, technology or consultancy environments
Experience coordinating large Digital Transformation initiatives and AI implementation
Excellent stakeholder management & engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes in complex environments
Deep understanding of Change Management and stakeholder management
Knowledge of Strategic Business Plan processes
Financial/budget management experience, including business case development and benefits tracking
Relevant tertiary qualification, ideally underpinned by transformation/change-management training
