OUR TEAM

Our Explosive Ordnance Services (EOS) team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.

Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of EO data that underpins Defence operations nationwide. Your work will directly support operational readiness by ensuring inventory is correctly managed, discrepancies are resolved efficiently, and stakeholders receive reliable, timely information. Through your attention to detail and collaboration, you’ll help drive compliance, improve processes, and strengthen the overall performance of the EO supply chain.

Working from our Orchard Hills site, on Darug land, your role purpose is to -

• Process EO transactions, stocktakes, and account adjustments

• Support inventory management and discrepancy investigations

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

• Provide helpdesk support to Defence customers

• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service levels

• Contribute to operations, training, and continuous improvement

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Certificate IV in Business Administration (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently and in a team
