
Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Engineer to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will work alongside top-tier design professionals and contribute to innovative, mission-critical projects.
As an experienced engineering professional, your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and/or reviewing operational concepts
• Defining system, software, and subsystem requirements
• Establishing internal and external interface definitions
• Designing and/or evaluating algorithms
• Creating and maintaining requirement traceability matrices
• Allocating requirements across engineering disciplines
• Formulating technical solutions to complex engineering challenges
• Developing test plans, procedures, and detailed reports
• Conducting integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) activities

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer
Engineering, Computer Science, or another related field.
• Engineering experience, particularly in the integration of digital and analog Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, radar, and/or communications systems (e.g., satellite communications, RF systems, and related technologies).
• Hands-on experience with Radio Frequency (RF) test equipment, including signal generators, spectrum/signal analyzers, and network analyzers.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, C++, and/or Python.
• Experience validating system requirements, interfaces, and architectures for complex systems.
Desired Skills:
• Experience in Electronic Support (ES) and/or Electronic Attack (EA) system development and integration.
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Experience using requirements management tools, such as POLARION or DOORS
• Technical expertise in modeling and simulation, signal processing,
direction finding, geolocation, and/or identification algorithm development.
