We are looking for a professional, self-motivated, and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing Data Security DevOps team, whose mission is to empower engineering teams by delivering reliable environments, services, and tools that scale with product growth and increasing ingress load,  enabling efficient development, seamless delivery, and high productivity.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who takes ownership, works independently, and is passionate about automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the CI/CD ecosystem (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc) while driving adoption of best practices in build and CI/CD pipelines, testing, supportability, and security for faster and safer deployments.

  • Drive automation to reduce manual intervention and operational overhead.

  • Improve developer productivity by streamlining local dev environments, sandbox infra, release faster and deliver more reliable product.

  • Ensure ease of supportability, maintainability, and observability of services.


Job requirements:

Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role (Build Engineer, Release Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer).

  • Jenkins pipelines (Scripted and Declarative) - Deep, hands-on knowledge; including shared libraries, multi-branch pipelines, and pipeline-as-code practices.

  • Git - Proficient with Git-based workflows: branching strategies, tagging, code reviews, and multi-repo management.

  • Coding skills (Python preferred) - Ability to write and maintain automation scripts, build tools, and internal utilities.

  • Configuration Management tools - Hands-on experience with tools such as Terraform, Salt, Ansible, or similar IaC frameworks.

  • VMware vSphere - Experience managing virtual machines, templates, and integrating virtualization with CI/CD pipelines.

  • AI-assisted DevOps tools - Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered tools for pipeline optimization, automated code review, intelligent log analysis, or incident triage.

  • A team player with excellent collaboration, communication skills to collaborate with product, engineering, security, and leadership stakeholders.

  • Be able to adapt to new technologies and infrastructure.


Advantage

  • Monitoring & Observability - Experience with tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, or similar platforms.

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Experience deploying infrastructure or managing resources in at least one major cloud provider.
