Job Description

Location: Madrid Tres Cantos, Spain

As OFP member, the main activities will be devoted to:

SBB/PDP:

  • Maintain TAS-JV  Production Plan (PDP) process (CC’s and Purchase PDP’s, TAS-I, TAS-F, TAS-B, TAS-UK,TAS-CH and TAS-E PDP inputs, BS Domains consolidations, arbitrations, support to CC’s Facility Committees, etc...)
  • Manage the SBB (Schedule Budget Breakdown): elaboration of commitments for each On Going contract between Domains’s, CC’s and Purchase.
  • Manage all Pareto analysis in order to improve the “Punctuality of engineering/products”
  • Generate (based on monthly PDP data), the punctuality Key Performance Indicators (KPI) necessary to assess the schedule mastering situation of each TAS-JV entity and Pareto Root Causes Analysis report.
  • Define and manage at BL’s and CC’s level all necessary Improvement plans and actions to improve internal punctuality.

Industrial Responses:

  • Analyze the proposal feasibility in a multi-project environment taking into account the production lead times with anticipations (PDS) and capacity profiles (PF) simultaneously.
  • Analyze the available long-lead item purchasing, human resources, equipment capacities and new product development plans, and check alignment with the requested commitments.
  • Propose, in case of potential criticality, a recovery plan to the Domains to match the IR results and the customer needs.
  • Support the Domains for the program contingency schedule calculation, building a schedule risk by means of Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA) tool.

Risk and Opportunity Analysis:

  • Centralize information on Risks and Mitigation Actions, in order to have a corporate REX.
  • Support PMO(internal customer in general) in the creation / update of the Risk Register, speeding up the activities. Storage of Risks / Mitigation Actions data and tracking of their evolution.
  • Support PMO (internal customer in general) to produce standardized/real time reports (Management meeting reports, Customer reports Portfolio analysis, Project Dashboard, Trend Chart, etc.).
  • Support PMO (internal customer in general) to analyse threats/ opportunities/uncertainties and relative consequences in terms of Program Objectives (time, cost and performance).
  • Support PMO to consolidate deterministic planning and to point out its level of confidence (time and cost).To identify stochastic critical paths (critical tasks monitoring and controlling). To evaluate mitigation actions efficacy (possible change of strategy). To evaluate program contingency.
  • Support the improvement of Risk & Opportunity Management in TAS

Other tasks: WEP, PDS & Stock management, Workload network and Master Schedule, Data Control Room for KPIs and Sales & Operation Plan
