About the role

At Thales S21sec, we are looking for an Offer Owner for Cybersecurity Integration Services, a strategic role within the Marketing department, with direct impact on the evolution and growth of our cybersecurity services portfolio.

You will be responsible for managing and evolving the lifecycle of services associated with vendor security platforms (cloud, email, network, endpoint, application, data, identity…), acting as a key link between strategy, market, sales, and delivery capabilities.

This role owns the value proposition, positioning, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring global portfolio alignment while adapting it effectively to the local market.

You will be part of an international network of Offer Owners and Product Managers, contributing to the global evolution of the portfolio through market insights and strategic input.


Key responsibilities

Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Define and evolve the value proposition and positioning of cybersecurity platform-based services

  • Adapt and implement the global portfolio and strategy to the Iberian market, ensuring differentiation and client value

  • Act as the voice of the market, translating insights, opportunities, and feedback into actionable inputs

  • Align commercial narratives with technical and delivery capabilities to ensure consistency and credibility

Go-To-Market & Demand Generation

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new services and portfolio evolutions

  • Support campaigns, launches, events and client-facing initiatives in collaboration with Communication

  • Develop strategic content (use cases, executive presentations, whitepapers, etc.)

  • Ensure consistency and impact across GTM initiatives

  • Represent the offering in key events and engagements with strategic clients

Sales & Presales Enablement

  • Enable Sales and Presales teams on value proposition, messaging, and use cases

  • Support early stages of the sales cycle, especially in strategic opportunities

  • Contribute to service design, pricing models, and commercial assets

  • Ensure quality, consistency, and sustainability of proposals

Partnerships & Ecosystem

  • Collaborate with technology vendors and partners to strengthen joint value propositions

  • Align portfolio evolution with vendor roadmaps and market trends

  • Promote the development of customer success stories and references

What we are looking for

  • 8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or complex B2B technology environments

  • Experience in Product Marketing, Offer/Portfolio Management or Go-To-Market roles

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity ecosystems (cloud, endpoint, network, identity, data, etc.)

  • Knowledge of services models around cybersecurity platforms (deployment, operation, optimization)

  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Presales, Marketing and Delivery

  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business-driven value propositions

  • Strong communication, influence and stakeholder management skills

  • High level of autonomy, proactivity and strategic mindset

  • Languages: Spanish (native), English (advanced) – Portuguese/French are a plus

Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or similar

  • Postgraduate studies or certifications in cybersecurity, product management or marketing are a plus

  • Continuous learning mindset in cybersecurity technologies and B2B services models
