OUR TEAM


Our Explosive Ordnance Services team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.


Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.


YOUR ROLE


As the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll oversee inventory management activities, coordinate daily operations and support the ongoing development of your team. Working closely with Defence customers and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure the accurate tracking, storage and distribution of Explosive Ordnance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security and compliance.


Based on the Darwin RAAF site, on Larrakia land, your role purpose will be:

  • Lead and support a team delivering inventory management and customer service functions

  • Coordinate work orders, stock movements and inventory reconciliation

  • Monitor shelf-life, inspections and storage requirements

  • Build strong relationships with Defence customers and internal stakeholders

  • Prepare operational reports and documentation

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality processes


YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a team

  • Relevant tertiary business administration qualification or similar

  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working with inventory management or warehousing systems

  • Experience within the defence environment would be highly advantageous
