Within Thales, you join Airspace Mobility Solutions (AMS), a global organization delivering advanced air traffic management systems. Operating in an international and highly complex engineering environment, you will work at the heart of transformation, supporting large-scale programs and contributing to the performance of engineering teams worldwide.

As Global Business Efficiency & Operations Manager, you act as the operational right hand of the VP Engineering, driving performance, transformation and efficiency across AMS Engineering at a global scale.

You:

• Drive operational efficiency through tools, data and performance KPIs
• Define and deploy data strategy (single source of truth, datalake, reporting)
• Lead transformation initiatives (processes, tools, make-or-buy strategy)
• Structure and evolve the PMO to support delivery performance
• Optimize resource allocation and anticipate project risks
• Ensure governance, reporting and alignment with Group strategy

Your profile

Would you like to shape the performance and transformation of a global engineering organization?

Are you eager to work at the intersection of engineering, operations and strategy?

You hold an engineering degree or equivalent (Master’s level) and have experience in:
• Complex engineering environments (aeronautics, defense…),
• PMO or operations management (10–15 years),
• Data and performance management (BI tools, engineering systems),
• Transformation programs and cross-functional project leadership

Leadership, influence, analytical mindset, communication, and ability to operate in a global matrix organization are strengths recognized in you?
