Banking Data Management

Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes. This business support services center of excellence drives innovation within our internal business processes, cutting through complexity and supporting our external leadership in digitalization.

We are currently looking for experienced candidates to join our Master Data team as part of the Banking Data Management position!

Responsibilities:

• Support and contribute to supplier data quality improvement initiatives.

• Participate in data collection processes and provide feedback to optimize workflows.

• Test and refine data collection methods in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Lead the daily activities of the TBSS e-ACQ Administration team

• Coordinate supplier setup, data changes, and deletions in line with agreed SLAs.

• Ensure smooth communication and alignment with business stakeholders.

• Support interface development and system-related improvements.

• Identify and implement process improvements, focusing on standardization and automation.

• Ensure high-quality service delivery to internal customers.

• Contribute to future ERP and e-ACQ system enhancements and impact analysis.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field

• Proficiency in English (mandatory)

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

• Experience with financial systems such as Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PA) or SAP.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
