JOB OBJECTIVE

Senior backend developer with proficiency in .NET 6+, API Design and implementation of scalable microservices solutions in Kubernetes and cloud native environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect, design, and develop reactive, scalable, high-performance backend services using .NET Core within a microservices architecture.

• Lead technical initiatives by setting coding standards, conducting design reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability, with a focus on cloud-native solutions.

• Implement advanced security and data protection measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate closely with QA and product teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend engineering using .NET Core.

• Proven expertise in developing Web API/RESTful services at scale (including WebSockets).

• Deep proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks, with strong query optimization skills.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) and distributed caching strategies.

• Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, including message brokers and queue services (e.g., NATS.io, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, AWS SQS).

• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable. (CKAD certification would be appreciated).

• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams."
