- Minimum 12–14 years of experience in core site administration and facilities management.
- Proven experience managing multi-tenanted commercial buildings and coordinating with landlords, property management, and maintenance teams.
- Oversee end-to-end office facilities management, including administration operations, vendor management, annual/rate contracts, and office maintenance.
- Manage soft services such as housekeeping, physical security, site security with understanding of CCTV systems, access control systems, and workplace upkeep.
- Understanding of Building infrastructure & back up source to provide non stop service to the site in regards of Electrical, Water, power redundancy, Building Genset failures, electrical panel failures, Earthing etc.
- Manage critical infrastructure systems such as UPS, VRV, PAC, Fire Alarm & Suppression Systems, and WLD systems.
- Coordinate with Multi-Skilled Technicians (MSTs) and support teams to ensure 24x7 operational readiness for critical Electrical, HVAC, and IT infrastructure.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships covering property management, security systems, plant services, maintenance services, office furniture, and related facility operations.
- Manage employee transportation and parking facilities.
- Manage end‑to‑end employee transportation operations, including vendor coordination, routing, rostering, and service quality
- Ensure safe, timely, and compliant transport services across shifts, including night operations
- Monitor transport utilization, cost optimization, audits, and SLA adherence
- Handle parking allocation and re‑allocation, including communication during construction or operational changes
- Coordinate with building to ensure parking discipline, and safety compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement through audits, feedback, and corrective actions
- Implement technology-driven solutions to improve site efficiencies, monitor KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement in facility operations.
- Drive innovation, operational transformation, process improvements, and efficiency initiatives across administration and facilities functions.
- Ensure employee safety and workplace security by effectively handling incidents, accidents, complaints, and medical emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory, safety, and organizational compliance requirements.
- Identify, propose, and implement cost optimization and savings initiatives at the site level.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to ensure seamless facilities operations and service delivery.
- Be flexible to work in shifts and provide support during emergencies or business-critical situations.
- Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
