Apprentice/Trainee for PAY - CE&S

We're looking for a motivated individual to help maximize service availability and usage while supporting both administrative and technical operations in our dynamic digital payments environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Database & Reporting: Manage customer databases and generate comprehensive statistics and billing reports to support business operations
• Service Level Monitoring: Track and maintain SLA metrics to ensure optimal service delivery
• Incident & Problem Management: Provide first-line support for incident and problem resolution, monitoring case status and ensuring timely follow-up
• Customer Request Management: Handle customer requests efficiently, maintaining clear communication throughout the resolution Process.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Systems Engineering
• Fluency in Spanish and English (B2 level or higher)
• Nice to have: basic AWS, API Architecture and Scripting.

• Argentinian citizenship or valid work authorization.
• Hybrid work model, offices based in buenos Aires.
