Accounts Payable Team Member

Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes. This business support services center of excellence drives innovation within our internal business processes, cutting through complexity and supporting our external leadership in digitalization.

Your mission:

• Process and validate supplier invoices and staff expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Match invoices to purchase orders and coordinate approvals in line with accounting procedures.

• Manage payments, resolve invoice queries, and maintain accurate financial records.

• Collaborate with colleagues across different countries and cultures to ensure smooth operations.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable process.

What we’re looking for:

• English proficiency (mandatory).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with deadlines.

• Knowledge of P2P processes and experience in an international environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial IT systems.
