Accounts payable team member

Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes. This business support services center of excellence drives innovation within our internal business processes, cutting through complexity and supporting our external leadership in digitalization.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our Payable Team and contribute to the continued success of our company.

Your mission:

• Process third-party and/or intercompany invoices across multiple Thales entities within defined deadlines

• Validate invoices, perform PO matching, coordinate approvals and ensure correct accounting allocation

• Capture invoices and manage data accurately within Accounts Payable systems

• Handle and resolve invoice and supplier queries in a timely and professional manner

• Process employee expense claims and perform compliance and policy checks
