The role

You'll work on a real research problem at the intersection of geophysics and modern ML. The summer's output will feed directly into how we explore for uranium in the field. With a strong fit, this internship can lead to a full-time offer.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MSc or PhD in geophysics, applied physics, computational physics, applied mathematics, or a closely related field
• Strong scientific computing skills (Python, the standard stack)
• Interest in applying modern ML to geoscientific problems

Bonus but not required

• Hands-on experience with ML methods on real geoscientific data
• Background in exploration geophysics
