Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We’re hiring our first full-time engineer. We’re putting a premium on raw ambition and scrappiness. We’re looking for someone who wants to ship fast, learn faster, and leave a visible dent in the product every day.

What You'll Do

• Architect and ship features end-to-end: from backend pipelines to frontend UX.
• Build tools that CRE brokers use everyday
• Maintain a clean codebase while operating at startup speed.
• Collaborate directly with the founders.
• Own decisions. Move fast. Push code that touches revenue.

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Love shipping quickly with tight feedback loops.
• Have strong opinions on how to build scalable APIs and clean UIs—but can flex when needed.
• Think in systems and are allergic to unnecessary complexity.
• Want to work closely with founders, not buried in ticket systems.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with real estate tech, CRMs or data scraping.
• Strong eye for UX or interest in generative AI.
• Previous early-stage startup or founder experience.
