Founding Engineer

At Telemetron, we’re building the OS for Hardware Companies.

We help companies with physical products run their post-sales operations: from customer support to device fleet monitoring to field service, through a unified, intelligent platform.

We’re the all-in-one CRM + device management system for hardware teams. Companies building smart wearables, factory robots, EV chargers, medtech devices, and more. They use Telemetron to support customers, manage devices in the field, and resolve issues faster.

In this role, you will...

• Build full-stack product features across our support, field service, and device monitoring platforms
• Ship AI-powered workflows that help hardware teams resolve customer issues using real-time data and LLMs
• Work directly with customers to understand pain points and shape the roadmap
• Own projects end-to-end: from product design to infrastructure - moving quickly and responsibly
• Contribute to our core architecture and help scale the platform as we grow

Interview Process

We keep our process simple, fast, and focused on real collaboration.

1. Intro Call – 30 min with the founder (get to know us, we get to know you)
2. Technical 1:1 – Walk through your experience, solve a technical problem, and understand how you think
3. Paid On-Site (3 Days) – You’ll work with us in person. You’ll pair with the team, build something small, and get a feel for how we work day to day.
