Job Description

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely obsessed with healthcare, someone who responds to emails and texts with exceptional speed and serves as a trusted point of contact for both current and future customers. Healthcare is a domain you can only master by being relentlessly customer-centric. That is why we spend so much time with our users when making product decisions, and why you will be meeting with customers from day one.

In this role, you will also be a cultural metronome for the company. You will set the pace for execution, ensuring every product, integration, and customer-facing task ships with speed, quality, and care. Your work will directly shape the experience our users have with Syntra every single day.

You will work hand-in-hand with our Founder & CEO, and the role is fully in-office in San Francisco. We also travel frequently to meet clients and prospects across the country, so you will see firsthand how our products impact the people we serve.
