Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Full Stack Software Engineer Intern to join our R&D team. You will be working closely with our engineering and other team members, and help with improving our product and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect & Develop: Build, maintain, and optimize high-performance backend systems using Golang, Scala, or Javascript.
2. Leverage AI Tools: Use Windsurf, Cursor, or other AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development and elevate code quality.
3. Ensure Reliability: Write clean, testable, and efficient code while implementing best practices for resilience and scalability.
4. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and frontend engineers to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
5. Debug & Optimize: Investigate complex issues in production environments, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
6. Commit to Agility: Be prepared to work 6 days a week in a dynamic environment, ready to adapt and iterate quickly.

Qualifications:

1. Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3. Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
