Job Description: Growth & Marketing Intern

Location: Bangalore (Koramangala)
Duration: 3–6 months (Full-time, In-office)
Eligibility: Final-year students, last-semester students, freshers

At SuperKalam, interns work like early team members. You will experiment, execute, break things, learn fast, and see real impact. Not all skills listed below will be used every day, but you’ll get exposure to full-stack growth, not just one narrow function.

• Only performance marketing
• Only analytics or reporting
• Only content posting

This is:

• Hands-on execution
• Learning by doing
• End-to-end ownership of growth experiments

What You’ll Work On

Growth Experiments & Analytics

• Track basic metrics: traffic, engagement, conversions
• Learn tools like Google Analytics, PostHog, analysis on google sheets
• Support reporting with insights and learn how decisions are made using data

AI & Tools Exposure

• Use AI tools for content creation, research, landing page drafts, and optimization

Who Should Apply

• Final-year students or freshers from any background
• Engineering / technical background is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong learning mindset and curiosity
• Comfortable with fast-paced execution and ambiguity
• Willing to work full-time from our Bangalore office
