Experience: 1 to 2+ years in Growth Roles, coming from an Engineering Background, have executed data-backed campaigns in Performance, SEO, Organic Funnel & all things growth. Folks who think they can learn are encouraged to apply. Only in-office role.

Not all the skills listed will be used every day - but at a seed-stage company like SuperKalam, we experiment constantly. So we expect you to have working familiarity across growth levers like performance marketing, social media, SEO, and creator partnerships.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you should be proactive, fast in execution, and comfortable solving problems end-to-end. Also, based on what we’ve seen in past applications - this role is not “just” performance marketing or funnel optimization, and it’s not an analytics-only role. It’s full-stack growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Execution
   • Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and informative content for blogs and social platforms. (team collaboration)
   • Identify trending topics, keyword opportunities, and user needs to create impactful content tailored to our TG.
2. SEO Optimization
   • Own the SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and backlink acquisition.
   • Optimize blog content and landing pages to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
   • Track and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and implement data-driven improvements.
3. Social Media Growth
   • Develop and manage organic content for prominent social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
   • Create and maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensuring content resonates with our audience.
   • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, participating in discussions, and driving meaningful interactions.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
   • Monitor key metrics like organic traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
   • Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness.
   • Work closely with the product and growth teams to align content initiatives with broader company goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content strategy, SEO, and social media growth.
• Strong aptitude to learn SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization.
• Intent to get Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Internal Data Analytics tools (MixPanel, PostHog), SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar**.**
• [MUST] Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, landing pages and building optimization tools. (no, you don’t need to be coder for this)
• Even if you don’t know anything, but you are sure you have a learning appetite - apply! Even if you are in college or a fresher.
