Fullstack Engineer (internship)

This is primarily frontend internship to start with, where you will be working on many growth landing pages, dashboards, and some cool stuffs. During the course of internship (within ~1 month), you will start contributing to backend. So, this role is perfect for those who has worked on both frontend and backend.

Duration: 4-6 months
Compensation: INR 25-35k per month

Requirements:

• Can deliver amazing work. That's simple!
• Previous internship experience is a must
• This is a full-time internship (flexible enough in case you have classes)
• Our stack: NextJS/React Native, tailwind, ExpressJS/NestJS, postgresql, redis.

Responsibilities:

• Build landing pages, payment pages and interactive applications on superkalam.com
• Ensure pages are performant
• Build multiple modules in student dashboard including personalisation, streaks, etc.
• More as you grow

Important: We thrive on smooth communication, ownership and agility. It’s a must.

Note: It's a full time internship. Though timings are flexible enough to adjust for your classes, it's a must that you availability is good to make a meaningful contribution.

Interview Process

Your resume will be shortlisted as per your projects or prior internship experience. After this, an introductory call will be set.

• Introductory call (15 min) - We will discuss your projects. You can ask relevant questions. Depending upon the depth of skillset, the next steps will be discussed.
• Round 1, Assignment that takes 2-3 days. This is to evaluate your implementation quality of UI and UX, and code quality.
• Round 2, 1 hour Face to face round. Tech round (Javascript, Object oriented). Optional round, can be skipped if Round 1 done as per expectations.
• Final discussion round
