AI/ML research (Internship)

Duration: 3-6 months

Requirements:

• Prior Internship in AI/ML or quality projects done in AI/ML using Python/NodeJS
• Working knowledge of - LLMs, RAG, vector DBs, etc.
• Basic software engineering - relational database, understanding of rate limiting, basics of security.
• Comfortable with github and colab.

Responsibilities:

• Running AI experiments, fine tuning
• Research and implement appropriate approaches from research papers/blogs.
• Keep yourself updated with evolving tech - say, actively following hugging face, training techniques, new models, tooling.
• Important: We thrive on smooth communication, ownership and agility. It’s a must.

Note: It's a full time internship. Though timings are flexible enough to adjust for your classes, it's a must that you availability is good during internship in order to make a meaningful contribution.

Interview Process

You resume will be short listed as per your projects or prior internship experience. After this, an introductory call will be set.

• Introductory call (15 min) - We will discuss your projects in detail. You can ask relevant questions. Depending upon the depth of experience, the next steps will be discussed.

• Round 1, Assignment that takes 3-4 days. This is to evaluate your scientific approach to the problem statement and solutioning. We will have 25-40min discussion on feedback.

• Round 2, 1 hour Face to face round. Tech round (ML/Software engineering). Optional round, can be skipped if Round 1 done as per expectations.

• Final discussion round
