Stratolaunch is a technology accelerator that engineers operationally realistic testing at Mach 5+. Our air-launched, Talon testbeds are reusable, cost-effective platforms that enable routine access to the hypersonic environment. The INDOPACOM Sr. Account Manager will serve as a front-end Business Development representative, responsible for building relationships with the regional command and driving strategic award opportunities within Indo-Pacific programs.

Responsibilities include:

Management and execution of full BD life cycle across INDOPACOM related pursuits including leading capture and actively working with the BD team on proposal development.
Advancing pursuits by developing win strategies and capture plans, and executing opportunity closure plans
Translating customer needs into program requirements and win strategies
Developing and executing customer engagement plans to secure knowledge and understanding of requirements, needs and challenges.
Leading solution strategy and working with the assigned solution architect to mature the offering and develop a proposal plan
Briefing pipeline and closure plan status weekly to senior and executive management
Executing capture gate reviews for INDOPACOM related opportunities

Successful candidate will have recent experience with INDOPACOM J7 and/or J8 and more than 15 years’ experience with the Command. They must understand Joint Staff/COCOM technology and employment requirements accounting for US Air Force, US Space Force, US Navy, US Marine Corps, US Army capabilities along with key allied and coalition partners. Experience with acquisition process and strategies, and demonstrated capability to execute strategic planning is required. Business development and/or capture experience is desired but not required.
