Responsibilities
Strac is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and elevate our brand as a leader in Data Security and DLP. This role offers the chance to create and execute powerful strategies that expand our reach and establish Strac as a trusted name in the industry. - Demand Generation: Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and booked meetings, directly contributing to revenue growth.
- SEO Strategy: Be obsessed with keyword research and SEO best practices to optimize content and improve organic search rankings, ensuring Strac is easily discoverable by its target audience.
- Events & Networking: Plan and manage engaging events, such as dinners, happy hours, and conferences, to connect with security leaders and build relationships that reinforce Strac’s presence in the industry.
- Social Media & Email Outreach: Create and manage social media campaigns and email outreach programs to effectively engage and convert prospects into customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Head of Marketing role or similar position, with a strong preference for background in Data Security, DLP, or SaaS targeting CISOs or security leaders.
- Demonstrated demand generation experience in selling to CISOs or security leaders, with a proven track record of driving high-quality leads and converting them into booked meetings.
- Proven ability to scale revenue, having successfully taken a company from $1 million to $10 million ARR through marketing strategies with high ROI.
- Expertise in SEO and content marketing, with a strong ability to identify and execute on high-value keyword opportunities to boost organic traffic and conversions.
- Experience planning and executing events and networking initiatives, such as executive dinners, happy hours, and industry conferences, to foster strong relationships and brand awareness.
