Senior backend developer (Ruby)

At Storylane, we are on a mission to let marketing and sales teams share product demos with buyers to drive Product-led growth.

As backend developer, you'll work with other engineering team members to architect, develop and deploy applications at scale. You will be the primary go-to-person for all things backend with Storylane - and so your goal will be to make sure Storylane platform is well designed and monitored.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field/degree, with 3+ years of work experience
• Strong knowledge on Ruby Rails framework at production level
• Comfortable in Javascript and used framework like ReactJS or NextJS
• Nice to have AWS experience (EC2, EBS,PostgresSQL - RDS, Route53, S3)
• Nice to have experience in Python
• Self-organized who can take ownership and can communicate well in English

Responsibilities

• Build features for Storylane platform
• Help troubleshoot, analyze and root cause issues in the platform
• Ability to own, maintain and deploy services
• We believe in, and practice, end to end service ownership, so you will fully participate in the ownership of your services and components, and on-call duties
