Supervisor, Facilities Operations - Solar Cell Factory (Starlink) - Day Shift
Job Description
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

- Experience operating central utility plants, gas farms, and/or chemical distribution systems
- Experience with solar support systems (pyrophoric gases, wastewater) or regulatory compliance
- Experience managing budgets, third-party vendors and/or negotiating contracts and comparing service costs to achieve maximum value
- Familiarity with Six Sigma for facility improvements
- Proven shift leadership in high-growth manufacturing
