Job Description
The Company
We’re Solestial, and we are building cutting-edge silicon solar power for space. Our tech is designed to survive the extremes—radiation, vacuum, launch shock—and deliver reliable energy to satellites, lunar missions, and beyond. We are a fast-growing startup backed by strategic, experienced investors in the Space and High Tech sectors, and we’re on a mission to make off-world energy as scalable and dependable as it is here on Earth.
The Role
As we scale our manufacturing operations, we’re looking for an EHS Manager who will lead environmental, health, and safety programs across our labs and production spaces. This role sits at the intersection of compliance, safety culture, and operational excellence helping our teams push the boundaries of innovation while driving progress with precision in a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace. This is an exciting position as part of a positive, supportive, and passionate team! A competitive compensation package, including equity and full benefits (see below), will be offered.
