Technical Intern (in person, summer '26)

TL;DR: We’re looking for young, smart, technical people looking to have a challenging/exciting summer as well as explore full time opportunities with us. Must have experience with NextJS. Tech stack: NextJS, FastAPI, Supabase, AWS. You’ll be building ai sims for healthcare education.

We’re getting an intern house and looking for smart technical people who want a chance to prove themselves and potentially join full time as a founding engineer or just work on cool stuff with cool people in SF.

What we do:

We simulate patients for doctors, therapists, nurses, social workers, and more using AI avatars. Our patients are used in schools, for hiring, as well as evals for some of the biggest, AI nurse, doctor, therapist companies.

We’re reimagining how therapists, doctors, nurses, and clinicians learn, recruit, and are evaluated. We’re being used in 70+ institutions by over 15,000 learners (growing rapidly) to expand the healthcare workforce, improve affordability, and ensure a higher standard of care for every patient.

**What you’ll do:**

Everything and anything. We have a culture of giving a lot of ownership to everybody on the team. This means you'll be held to a high standard and be expected to build features end-to-end, learn new skills on the fly, and have taste as to what constitutes good and what doesn't.

comp: housing and food covered + $35/hr
