About the Role
The Maintenance Technician III takes a proactive role in managing equipment maintenance. This position is responsible for conducting diagnostic tests, performing complex repairs, and developing preventive maintenance schedules. The Maintenance Technician III also assists in equipment calibration and ensures compliance with quality standards.About You

Key Responsibilities:
Take a proactive role in managing equipment maintenance by conducting diagnostic tests to identify issues and performing complex repairs.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Assist in equipment calibration to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify and address issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service requests, and equipment documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient facility operations.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Assist in the procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Support the maintenance team in ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Typically 4+ years of related experience.
Experience in equipment maintenance, with a focus on diagnosing and repairing complex equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in preventive maintenance and equipment calibration.
Certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
Pay Range:
$29.89 - $41.11Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
