What are we building?

Shiboleth automates financial compliance processes. Our platform analyzes customer interactions (calls, texts, emails) using advanced AI and NLP techniques to detect compliance violations. Organizations leverage our technology to conduct financial compliance audits, automate violation detection, and produce regulator-ready reports in minutes. Examples of problems you might be working on is agents to calculate if numbers in your credit card statement work out, context engineering to check if retrieved chunks are evidences to regulatory test questions.

You should have experience in:

• Python (Django, Celery)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• PostgreSQL
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Docker and Kubernetes (Containerization/DevOps)

Preferred experience:

• NLP and Machine Learning libraries (OpenAI, HuggingFace)
• Familiarity with compliance/regulatory technology

What will you work on?

At Shiboleth, you'll contribute to a platform that supports both compliance officers and fintech partners, improving their operational efficiency and regulatory effectiveness. You'll tackle questions such as:

• How can we process millions of customer interactions efficiently while maintaining compliance accuracy?
• How can our models adapt quickly to evolving regulatory changes?
• How do we build intuitive dashboards that clearly communicate compliance risks?
• How can we seamlessly integrate our technology with customers' internal compliance systems?
