The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta and Chicago while doing commercial deliveries. We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Facilities Supervisor helps oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and functionality of our facilities. This role supports the Facilities Manager in building compliance, coordinating vendors and contractors, responding to facility needs, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment across multiple sites.
JOB DUTIES
Supervise and coordinate routine maintenance of company buildings to ensure safety, compliance, and minimal operational disruption
Ensure facilities comply with building codes, OSHA, ADA, and health, safety, and environmental regulations
Coordinate vendors and contractors, monitor performance, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
Support space planning initiatives including office moves, reconfigurations, and minor expansions
Oversee procurement of office furniture, fixtures, and equipment in alignment with operational needs and budget guidelines
Track maintenance and repair expenses and support budget management for facility projects
Implement and maintain emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and safety training
Inspect and maintain safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and AEDs
Monitor building security systems including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems
Serve as a secondary point of contact for facility-related issues and employee requests
Conduct routine facility inspections and report on conditions, risks, and improvement needed throughout the space
Support sustainability efforts to reduce energy consumption, waste, and operating costs
Intermittent travel will be required, approximately once per quarter.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, & SKILLS
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
Bachelor's in Business Administration or equivalent field of study
4+ years facilities management, construction, or relevant work experience.
1+ years experience working under OSHA and ADA requirements
Basic understanding of facilities management practices.
Familiarity with building maintenance and safety protocols.
Experience with vendor management.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership in completing tasks.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and organization
