Forward Deployed Strategist/Solutions Consultant

As a Forward Deployed Strategist, you are the owner of the outcome. You will lead a dedicated pod—including Forward Deployed Engineers who execute implementations and BDRs who generate pipeline—with a single objective: maximizing confirmed ROI through successful deployments. The pod succeeds or fails based on your leadership.

This is not a sales role. This is a leadership role for a technical expert who can fundamentally re-architect a customer's operations. You must be able to deconstruct a company's entire workflow and design a new process that eliminates the friction that was never adding value. You must command a room of C-level executives and PhD scientists with the authority of a subject matter expert.

We go to where the problem is. You should expect significant travel—around the world—to be onsite with companies changing the world. This is not a role for someone who wants to stay behind a desk.

We are a super small team of extremely hard-working people who care very deeply about every detail. We require a deep technical background (e.g., Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology) and experience in quality, automation, or life sciences is highly beneficial.
