Job Description

We are looking for a Founding Applied AI engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate is someone with 5+ years of experience. We are looking for someone that has built AI driven workflows, agents, or applications from the ground up to serve specific business outcomes.
We are looking for ownership and evidence of architecting the technical foundations of AI first products that drove significant business value. You’d interface directly with the co-founders and would be treated as an equal as helping to drive these outcomes at Saphira.
Experience with integrating AI into production codebases. Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and a strong understanding of how AI relates to the problems we are trying to solve. Ability to understand and architect AI workflows that lead to delightful customer experiences.
Enhance our retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities, ensuring our models effectively integrate and utilize diverse data sources.
Tech Stack: OpenAI, LlamaIndex, RAG, Llama open source models
