Prompt Engineering Intern (Voice AI)

What you’ll do?

• Write detailed, production-grade prompts for client voice agent deployments, translating messy business requirements into conversation flows that actually work on real calls.
• Test agents obsessively, listen to real voice AI calls, catch failure modes, and suggest concrete improvements that make agents smarter.
• Keep a detailed track of your deployments, own the quality of what ships under your name.
• Research prompting techniques, model configurations, and best-in-class deployment patterns across the voice AI space.
• Support reporting and help customers understand the impact of their voice AI deployments,  make the data tell the story.
• Build AI-enabled workflows for presenting data, generating reports, and automating repetitive work across the team.

Requirements

• Tier 1 MBA or Engineering college
• Have built prompt-based or conversational AI project, show us what you've made
• Pro at writing detailed, structured prompts, we'll want to see these on the screening call
• Available full-time

What this internship won’t be?

This is not a cakewalk. It's an intense 3-month sprint where you're on the hook for real customer outcomes not hypothetical projects.

This is hard, disciplined, repetitive work: writing prompts, listening to calls, fixing what's broken, doing it again. Some weeks will be long. Some deployments will be stubborn.

But when a voice agent you built handles a million calls and outperforms a human team, you'll know exactly what you contributed.

Compensation: 25,000/month + performance bonus + path to full-time offer

Location: In-office at HSR Layout, Bangalore preferred, relocation bonus included.

Remote is fine if you can commit full-time.
