Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Hunt High-Value Accounts: Identify and qualify Enterprise & Startup targets with high call volumes/complex CX needs.
  • Build the Engine: This is a 0-to-1 role. You will set up the CRM, define the outbound tech stack (Clay, Apollo, Smartlead), and build repeatable processes for the future sales team.
  • Multichannel Outbound: Run aggressive outbound campaigns using signals (hiring surges, funding, product launches) across Email, LinkedIn, Calls, and DMs.
  • Community & Social Selling: Be active in niche communities (Reddit, LinkedIn, CX groups) to build authority and inbound interest.
  • Run Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads before handing them off or closing smaller deals yourself.
  • Iterate & Automate: A/B test messaging, distinct ICPs, and channels daily. Use low-code tools (Zapier/Make) to automate the grunt work.

You’ll thrive if

  • Early-Stage DNA (Must Have): You have worked at a Seed/Series A startup before. You are comfortable with chaos, lack of structure, and wearing multiple hats.
  • Enterprise Experience: You have 1–4 years of experience selling or prospecting into Enterprise/Mid-Market accounts (specifically targeting CX, Operations, or Support leaders).
  • Scrappy & Technical: You don’t need a RevOps team to set up a workflow. You are fluent in CRMs, enrichment tools (Clay/Apollo), and cold outreach platforms.
  • Founder Mindset: You have a bias for action. You ship, learn, and repeat. You don’t wait for permission to fix a broken process.
  • Excellent Communicator: You write crisp, persona-first outreach that cuts through the noise of a busy executive's inbox.

Nice to have

  • Deep experience with automation tools (Clay, Zapier, Make).
  • Background in the CX, Contact Center, or Voice AI space.
  • Experience engaging with YC companies or the broader startup ecosystem.

What success looks like

  • Pipeline Generation: Consistent volume of qualified meetings with high-call-volume accounts.
  • The Playbook: A documented, repeatable sales process that we can scale.
  • Market Presence: You become a recognized voice in our niche communities.
