What You Will Do

Perform polishing operations with bench mounted equipment or hand-held tools to refurbish aircraft engine components to meet quality standards.
Support surface preparation processes such as blasting and finishing.
Potential to be trained on operating new Robotic Technology Machines.
Participate in the EH&S programs an/d takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications You Must Have

“O” levels or NITEC in Engineering or relevant qualifications.
Min 2 years’ relevant experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates with no prior experience but a strong interest in the aerospace industry, including mid-career switchers, are welcome to apply.
Ability to understand and follow standard operation procedures (SOP).
Basic oral and written English language skill.
Comfortable with hands-on work to operate with the equipment and tools.
Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required.

Qualifications We Prefer

Basic working knowledge of MS Office application and SAP.
Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience.
