Rattaché(e) au Directeur du compte Airbus, vous intégrez l’équipe en tant que stagiaire chef de projet. Le poste est basé sur les sites de Saint Martin et Blagnac (31).

Le poste se trouve au sein de l’entité « Customer Excellence et Strategy ». L’organisation CE&S est une entité transverse visant à catalyser les objectifs de Collins Aerospace. Elle crée un environnement structurant et déploie des stratégies cohérentes pour gérer les enjeux commerciaux d’Airbus sur l’ensemble de nos domaines d’activité. Le candidat retenu évoluera au sein de l’organisation CE&S Airbus Programs. Il interviendra sur des sujets variés (Programmes, Business Development, Technologies, Aftermarket, Evenementiel) et sera amené à collaborer avec les cadres dirigeants de Collins Aerospace.

Les missions principales seront :

Support à la gestion de la Relation Client Interne

• Assister le Directeur de Compte Client dans la préparation des réunions internes et externes : réunions de la direction générale, revues industrielles d’entreprise, analyses industrielles, présentations stratégiques, éléments de langage (talking points) …

• Assurer le suivi des plans d’actions auprès d’une équipe projet internationale multi Business Units.

Contribution aux projets transverses 

• Participer activement à la gestion de projets.

• Contribuer à divers projets transverses nécessitant une approche cohérente entre les différentes divisions du groupe (classifications pour le control des exportations, participation aux parrainages/sponsorships, questionnaires variés, co-animer une réunion bi-hebdomadaire…)

Evènementiel

• Vous apporterez un soutien opérationnel à l’activité évènementielle du service (organisation de séminaires, salons, évènements internes et externes…).

Support aux négociations commerciales : Aftermarket

• Préparation des négociations commerciales et contractuelles avec les clients Airbus FHS et Airbus Upgrade.

• Support dans la gestion des pénalités.

Les missions nécessitent des interactions quotidiennes en anglais (écrit et oral) avec des collaborateurs de Collins Aerospace dans diverses disciplines (ventes, marketing, ingénierie…) en Europe et aux Etats Unis. Des échanges ponctuels avec les clients de l’entreprise sont à prévoir.

Profil :

• Etudiant en 3ème année de Licence ou Bachelor en Ecole de Commerce (TBS EDUCATION, SKEMA, KEDGE, ICD…) ou université.

• Maitrise impérative de l’anglais (niveau C1) pour des interactions quotidiennes avec les équipes en Europe et aux Etats Unis.

• Bonne maitrise du pack office (Excel, Power Point), de SharePoint, Teams, Zoom.

• Curiosité d’esprit et capacité d’adaptation, excellente communication écrite et orale, esprit de synthèse, aisance relationnelle pour travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire (ventes, marketing, ingénierie, communication…), posture professionnelle et confidentialité.

• Un intérêt pour l’industrie aéronautique ou pour une première expérience internationale sera apprécié.

Evolution : Ce stage s’inscrit dans une perspective d’évolution vers une alternance de deux ans, destinée à accompagner l’étudiant(e) durant son cursus de Master in Management.

Reporting to the Airbus Account Director, you will join the team as a project manager intern. The position is based on the Saint Martin and Blagnac (31) sites.

Main responsibilities:

The position is within the Customer Excellence and Strategy (CE&S) entity. CE&S is a cross-functional entity that aims to catalyze Collins Aerospace's objectives. It creates a structured environment and deploys consistent strategies to manage Airbus's commercial challenges across all our areas of activity. The successful candidate will work within the Airbus Programs CE&S organization. They will be involved in a variety of areas (Programs, Business Development, Technologies, Aftermarket, Events) and will collaborate with Collins Aerospace senior management.

You will realize :

Internal Customer Relationship Management Support :

• Assist the Customer Account Director in preparing internal and external meetings: Senior Management Meetings, corporate industrial reviews, industrial analysis, strategic presentations, talking points, etc.

• Monitor action plans with an international project team spanning multiple business units.

Contribution to cross-functional projects 

• Actively participate in project management.

• Contribute to various cross-functional projects requiring a consistent approach across the group's different divisions (classifications for export control, participation in sponsorships, various questionnaires, co-hosting a bi-weekly meeting, etc.)

Events

You will provide operational support for the department's events (organizing seminars, trade shows, internal and external events, etc.).

Support for commercial negotiations: Aftermarket

• Preparation of commercial and contractual negotiations with Airbus FHS and Airbus Upgrade customers.

• Support in penalty management

The assignments require daily interaction in English (written and spoken) with Collins Aerospace employees in various disciplines (sales, marketing, engineering, etc.) in Europe and the United States. Occasional exchanges with the company's customers are to be expected.

Profile :

• Third-year student in a bachelor's degree program at a business school (TBS EDUCATION, SKEMA, KEDGE, ICD, etc.) or university.

• Fluency in English (level C1) is essential for daily interactions with teams in Europe and the United States.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom.

• Curiosity and adaptability, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to synthesize information, interpersonal skills for working in a multidisciplinary team (sales, marketing, engineering, communication, etc.), professional attitude, and confidentiality.

• An interest in the aviation industry or initial international experience would be appreciated.

Evolution: This internship is part of a potential progression toward a two-year apprenticeship, intended to support the student during their Master in Management studies.
