The Materials Management Analyst will provide critical analytical, coordination, and execution support to (APC) Advanced Product Center. This role focuses on ensuring material readiness, data accuracy, and operational alignment across Supply Control, Demand Planning, and Scheduling activities for Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) and “As Required” materials.
What You Will Do
Support evaluation of program material requirements to maintain controlled flow of parts and services to meet factory and customer needs.
Monitor and report daily material positions, shortages, and risks using MRP and shop‑floor systems.
Assist in providing status updates on work‑in‑progress, material availability, and potential production constraints.
Perform routine reviews of supply and demand signals to ensure data accuracy and alignment with factory schedules.
Prepare and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reports used by the Lead MRO Manager and operations teams.
Support management of 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) partners by gathering data, validating metrics, and tracking service‑level performance.
Execute material orders and changes in SAP and other planning systems under guidance from the lead role.
Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and program support teams to resolve material shortages and expedite critical parts.
Assist with physical inventory cycle counts, reconciliation activities, and root‑cause analysis of discrepancies.
Track part movements between suppliers, internal sites, and the factory; support expediting activities as needed.
Participate in process improvement initiatives, cost‑reduction efforts, and Lean/6σ activities.
Maintain strong communication with factory operations, planners, and supply chain partners to ensure smooth program execution.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
Experience in supply chain, materials management, production control, and/or related fields.
Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or software.
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
Experience in basic manufacturing processes and production environments.

Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Business Warehouse, or similar analytics tools.
Exposure to procurement or supplier‑facing activities.
Experience with SQL, Access, or scripting for data manipulation.
Understanding of Lean or Six Sigma principles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and problem‑solve in dynamic environments and collaborate across multiple functions and disciplines.
Self‑starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Familiarity with planning and control concepts such as MRP, inventory management, scheduling, and capacity planning.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; ability to work with large data sets.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
