We are looking for an Operations Support Associate for our wheels and brakes maintenance, repair and overall (MRO) facility, Goodrich Asia Pacific Limited, located in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. An Operations Support Associate is responsible for coordinating end-to-end export logistics operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining seamless communication between freight forwarders, 3PL, and internal teams to guarantee on-time deliveries. The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Execute all export shipments orders by air and sea

·       Prepare and verify complete shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates)

·       Liaise with forwarders and 3PL to ensure on-time deliveries

·       Prepare shipping reports to internal teams

·       Communicate proactively with all stakeholders in a very fast-paced environment

·       Participate in monthly inventory count activities

·       Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

·       Form 5 or above

·       Minimum 3 years of solid export experience in overseas shipments with Tier-1 freight forwarders

·       Good knowledge of INCOTERMS and export documentation requirements

·       Ability to prepare compliant shipping documents under tight deadlines

• Team player with strong sense of responsibility

• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Job requires lifting and moving boxes up to 19 kg in w e i g h t, handling of material and ensures all orders are properly prepared for shipment as required. 

Working Hours:

·       5.5 days: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) and Saturday (8:30 am to 12:30pm)
