Founding Engineer (Golang/ReactJS)

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our core product team at Snazzy. This is not a standard job — you’ll be one of only two engineers working directly with the founders to shape, architect, and scale a high-impact product from the ground up.

If you’re looking for a stable 9-to-5 or large-team environment, this won’t be the right fit. Apply only if you’re deeply motivated by building in a small team, high ownership, high impact environment where your code will directly define the product and the company’s trajectory.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, build, and ship end-to-end features across backend (Golang, PostgreSQL, GCP) and frontend (ReactJS).
• Own critical systems: from designing data models to optimizing user experience.
• Take full responsibility for performance, security, and scalability of our applications.
• Collaborate closely with founders to turn product vision into working software.
• Wear multiple hats — from DevOps to debugging — until the team scales.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of professional full stack engineering experience.
• Strong skills in ReactJS, Golang, PostgreSQL, and GCP (our core stack).
• Someone who thrives in high-ownership, low-structure environments.
• Bias toward action: you prefer building and iterating quickly over endless discussion.
• A builder’s mindset — you care about product impact, not just clean code.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently with minimal handholding.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
• Prior exposure to early-stage startups or building 0 → 1 products.
