Job Description

About Resolve

Resolve is web-based AI & VR review software that helps global construction teams build as fast as the future demands. The infrastructure software suite helps teams find hidden project risk before it derails schedules, drives rework, or drives up cost. Built for BIM-centric workflows, Resolve turns traditional reviews from a bottleneck into a competitive advantage — using immersive 3D environments, real-time collaboration, connected issue tracking, and intelligent spatial AI to align design, build, and operations teams.

About the role

We’re making our first marketing hire at Resolve.

This role is focused on creating, managing, and distributing content that drives real usage.

We’re looking for someone with 3–5+ years of product marketing or content experience who has actually made things: written content, recorded videos, shipped campaigns, and learned what works by doing.

You’ll be responsible for turning what we’re building into clear, compelling content, getting it in front of the right people, and measuring what drives demo requests and trials.

You’ll work closely with founders, product, and sales, and over time will have the opportunity to build out the marketing department and how it functions.

What you’ll do

Create content

  • Create content across formats: written, video, social, and more.
  • Turn product features, updates, and workflows into clear, useful content.
  • Ship consistently — this is a high-output role.
  • Own key content types:
    • Product explainers
    • Case studies
    • Repackaging strong existing content
    • Content for upcoming features and launches
    • Sales-supporting content
  • Work closely with founders and executives to develop and produce founder-led content (social, video, thought leadership, etc.).
  • Outsource and leverage AI tools when effective to scale what’s working

Manage content pipeline and calendar

  • Own the content calendar across all channels.
  • Ensure a consistent cadence of content is being produced and published.
  • Make sure each active channel has content that is working and improving over time.
  • Coordinate inputs from product, sales, and leadership into the content pipeline.
  • Continuously refine what gets created based on performance.

Distribute content

  • Own getting content in front of the right audience.
  • Publish and adapt content across channels including:
    • Website
    • Email
    • LinkedIn
    • YouTube
    • Search / SEO
    • Webinars
    • Conferences
    • Local events
    • Partnerships
    • Print
    • Gifts
    • On-site / guerrilla marketing
  • Test new distribution ideas and double down on what works.

Measure what works

  • Track what content and channels drive:
    • Demo requests
    • Trials created
  • Identify what’s working and increase investment there.
  • Adjust or stop what isn’t performing.

Stay close to the product and customer

  • Develop a strong understanding of the product and what’s coming next.
  • Work closely with product and sales to understand customer pain points and use cases.
  • Help ensure messaging stays clear, accurate, and grounded in real workflows.

Use AI to move faster

  • Use AI tools to speed up content creation, editing, and distribution.
  • Build workflows to repurpose content (e.g. long-form → clips → posts → email).
  • Continuously look for ways to increase output and quality through automation.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing, content, or a similar role.
  • A track record of creating content yourself (not just managing others).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Comfort working across formats (writing, video, social, etc.).
  • Someone who ships quickly and consistently.
  • Ability to operate with ownership and minimal structure.
  • Interest in using AI tools to increase speed and output.
  • Excited to work closely with founders, sales, and product teams.
  • Comfortable with working remotely

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technical products.
  • Experience in construction or AEC software.
  • Experience with case studies and customer storytelling.
  • Experience with SEO, lifecycle email, or video content.

What success looks like

  • Your primary KPI will be a measurable increase in demo requests and trials driven by marketing, measured by SQLs produced (Sales Qualified Leads).
  • High-quality content is being shipped consistently across channels.
  • Each key channel has a clear cadence and improves performance.
  • Clear understanding of what content and channels work.
  • Resolve is increasingly well understood by target customers.

Interview Process

We’ll try to turn this around quickly as we’re trying to move fast to fill the role:

  1. First Chat: Quick conversation about your past experience, the role, and the company.
  2. Meet the team: Meet other key team members like all the co-founders and head of sales.
  3. Marketing test: We’ll tailor some kind of exploratory exercise such as mock content or messaging.
  4. Final Discussions: Iron-out final offer details
