Job Description
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to define and execute Reform’s marketing strategy. In this role, you’ll have direct ownership over how Reform is positioned, discovered, and adopted. You’ll work closely with our founders, customers, sales, product, and engineering teams to translate deep customer insights into compelling narratives, scalable growth channels, and durable demand.
Responsibilities
- Own Reform’s end-to-end marketing strategy, from messaging to execution across channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers and translate their pain points into clear, differentiated storytelling.
- Define core narratives, ICPs, and use cases across sales materials, demos, and outbound.
- Partner closely with sales to drive pipeline via demand generation and high-quality content.
- Create and manage content across formats: website copy, case studies, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, presentations, and event materials.
- Experiment with and scale new acquisition channels.
- Represent Reform at conferences and industry events as we grow.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing, growth, or GTM roles, ideally in SaaS, infrastructure, or complex technical products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- Comfort working closely with customers, sales teams, and founders in an ambiguous fast-moving startup environment.
- High technical curiosity and aptitude; you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable learning technical products and workflows.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.
- Experience or a ken interest in logistics is a plus, but not required.
Why join us
- Own marketing at an early-stage company defining a new category in global trade.
- Play a key role in shaping the company’s strategy and trajectory directly with founders.
- Get deep exposure to real-world supply chain problems while building products that matter.
- Travel to customer and industry events, building strong relationships across the ecosystem.
- Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance.
Interview Process
You’ll start with a conversation with our co-founders, followed by a take-home project and an in-person interview with the team. We often do a short paid trial to ensure mutual fit.
