Software Engineer - Generalist

• Design and develop core services and features in Python for Reflex Build (our AI-powered builder) and Reflex Cloud
• Work on AI integration, intelligent code generation, and machine learning features
• Optimize and enhance our open-source framework
• Bring creative solutions to solve cutting-edge technical challenges
• Collaborate with the community to shape the future of the Reflex ecosystem

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of deep Python expertise with strong fundamentals
• Proficiency with Docker and containerization
• Experience building applications with React
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions
• Genuine passion for open source software and active community engagement
• Demonstrated track record through open source contributions, competitive programming, or compelling side projects

Interview Process

• Once you've submitted your application, the team will review your submission and may reach out for an intro call.
• After the intro call, there will be a technical take-home test and then an on-site with 2-3 technical interviews, each around 45 minutes.
• Once the interviews are over, the team will meet to discuss several roles and candidates, and may be asked one or two follow-up questions over email, a quick call, or go directly to make an offer.
