Full Stack Engineer - Healthcare Voice AI

The Role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll contribute across our entire technology stack, balancing both healthcare integrations and user interface development. You'll build robust connections to healthcare systems while creating intuitive React frontends that make complex data accessible and actionable. We're looking for someone excited about solving technical challenges on both ends of the stack.

What You'll Do

• Build secure integrations with major US-based EMR platforms (Epic, ECW, Athena)
• Build multi-agent systems where specialized AI agents handle different aspects of patient communication
• Create orchestration layers to coordinate AI agents for complex front-desk tasks
• Create sophisticated React frontends with advanced state management solutions
• Develop reusable UI components that visualize healthcare data effectively
• Design and implement backend services that power our Voice AI platform
• Build RESTful APIs following healthcare industry standards

Required Skills

• Knowledge of:
  • SQL databases
  • Docker containerization
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Test-driven development
  • Git version control
  • Microservices architecture
• JavaScript/TypeScript expertise for both frontend and backend development
• React development with state management libraries
• Experience with API development and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with AWS

Nice to Have

• Backend development with Node.js, Python, or PHP
• Experience with healthcare data transformation and mapping
• Twilio or similar communications API experience
• Experience with LLM prompt engineering and AI agent design
• Healthcare integration experience (FHIR, HL7, EMR integrations)
