Interview Process

We typically schedule three interviews that can be completed in the span of a week:

1. A meet and greet to make sure we’re on the same page, we’re interested in hearing why you’d like to join Provision at this stage and what your ambitions are (30 mins).
2. A technical interview with a member of the team you’ll be working on, we’ll also ask you questions about your work experience and past projects (60 mins)
3. A behavioural interview to measure fit with company culture, also a chance to ask us questions (30 mins)
