About the Role:

We are a Global IT Support team dedicated to providing a seamless digital experience for employees across the globe. Operating out of five hubs - Berlin, Haarlem, Ljubljana, San Francisco, Washington D.C. - we foster a highly collaborative, distributed environment where technical excellence meets a supportive team culture.

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will help build and operate systems that keep our global workforce productive, secure and well supported. This role combines hands-on systems engineering with user-facing support, ensuring employees have a reliable and seamless technology experience. You will work across endpoint management, identity platforms, and automation while also supporting users with a friendly customer-oriented mindset. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving processes, and exploring new tools - including AI-driven solutions - to help make IT operations more scalable and efficient.

This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our Berlin office 3 days per week.

Impact You’ll Own:

Device Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of devices, from procurement and setup to deployment, maintenance, patch management, reporting and decommissioning.
User Support: Provide advanced support for employees using Windows and MacOS operating systems. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Videoconferencing Solutions: Support and maintain office videoconferencing solutions, including Polycom and Zoom Rooms, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring they have the necessary IT resources and access.
Design, implement, and refine IT processes to enhance operational efficiency and team including introducing new tools.

What You Bring:

4+ years of experience in IT system support, with a focus on device lifecycle management, user support, and videoconferencing solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Commitment to teamwork, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to provide friendly, approachable support to users.
Proficiency in managing Windows and macOS, with Linux experience as a plus.
Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Office365, Bitwarden, Envoy, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), or similar systems.
Solid knowledge of videoconferencing solutions (Polycom, Zoom).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional working proficiency in English, the language of the company.

What Makes You Stand Out:

Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, Groovy/Jira ScriptRunner) and automation development.
Linux experience.
Experience in configuring role-based access management.
Experience supporting remote or hybrid work environments.
Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
