About the Role

We’re looking for a Member of Technical Staff - Full Stack to help design and build the core applications that power Pirros. This is a highly hands-on role for engineers who want to work on real problems, move fast, and take ownership of meaningful systems from end to end. We value people who can think deeply, execute quickly, and care about building high-quality software.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy operating in a startup environment where expectations are high, ownership is real, and impact is immediate.

What You’ll Own

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications used by our customers every day translate requirements into clean, scalable solutions

• Own features end-to-end, from technical design to production deployment

• Write high-quality, maintainable, well-tested code

• Improve performance, reliability, and usability across the stack

• Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape our technical direction

• Debug complex issues in production and implement long-term fixes

• Continuously raise the engineering bar through code reviews and technical discussions

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience

• Strong experience with React, JavaScript / TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling

• Experience building backend services and APIs (Node, Python, Go, or similar)

• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Ability to take ownership of projects with minimal oversight

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

• Clear communicator who works well with engineers, product, and design

In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and benefits.
