We’re looking for an exceptional, high-potential Operations Lead to design, build, and own the quality function at PI, the team ensuring our foundation models are trained on the highest-quality robotics datasets in the world. You’ll architect end-to-end processes, define success metrics, and build feedback loops that improve data accuracy and reliability, while leading a team of skilled operators in partnership with research and data collection to deliver vetted, trustworthy data at scale.
